MILWAUKEE, WI — Overmainlab AI, a new consumer artificial intelligence company founded by Tyler Edwards, today announced the close of an $8 million seed funding round at a $35 million post-money valuation. The round was led by Portfolio Ventures.

Overmainlab AI is building a transformative AI application designed to close the gap between what everyday people want to accomplish and what they can actually do with AI today. The company is currently in stealth, with its flagship product in active development.
